This blog was created as a place where people can share their stories about Michael. In addition to sharing experiences you've had with Michael, I strongly encourage you to share experiences that you've had since Michael's passing. I know some of you have had strange things happen lately that have left you scatching your head wondering if it was just a coincidence or a sign from Michael. By having the courage to share your story, you give someone else the courage to do the same.

The Play List of Life

I heard so many people talk about experiences that they shared with Michael. What really struck me was that these people couldn't have been more diffrent from one another. If each of these people represented a song in a music playlist, you would never think that just one person put this playlist together. You'd ask yourself how it's possible that one person enjoyed and connected with each of these songs that were so completely diffrent from one another. Then you'd remember that this was Michael Colby's playlist and it would make perfect sense. The playlist of his life was made up of people and experiences that were so diffrent from one another and still each connection was important to him in some way. If you are one of these people and have a story about an experience you had with Michael or even a story he shared with you, no matter how simple or intricate your story is, please share it with us.

Things That Make You Go Hmm?

In addition to hearing people talk about their experiences with Michael, it seems that lately I've been hearing people talk about more recent experiences. Some people, mostly children have claimed that they have actually seen Michael since his passing. Other people have had more subtle experiences, like a picture of Michael falling over for no logical reason. I've had a few moments like this myself. The most recent happened last weekend, while I was listening to the radio driving home from my Aunts (Michael's moms) house. The DJ announced that he was going to play a block of Green Day and Michael loved Green Day. I'm sure there are thousands of people who have heard a block of Green Day played on the radio before, but I never did. I'm not a huge Green Day fan, but that day I cranked up the radio and sang my heart out. The feeling of joy that came over me gave me goosebumps. I felt like Michael was sitting right beside me in the passenger seat singing right along with me. I could truly feel his prescence. Some people may think I'm crazy and that this was a mere coincidence and that's fine, I get it. I also know that some of you have had similiar experiences and aren't sure what to make of them. Things that left you thinking hmm? Was that a sign from Michael or am I just nuts? Whether you are 100% certain that it was a sign from Michael, or if you are questioning your sanity, it doesn't matter.
